I miss having a home. *as he plays the imaginary guitar with his leg*Age/Weight/Breed:I am a boy one year old 30 pound salt and pepper Cattle Dog mix, also knows as a Blue Heeler. And I gots some blues that need a healing. The cure? A family.The Nice List:I am calm for my age according to the Rescue Lady and she is an authority on dog demeanor as she has met pawsibley 4,500,894 dogs over her lifetime. I am furmiliar with house training. I rarely arf bork or bark. I am leash trained and I have lived with other dogs and kids!Budget:I will be a cheap pet to keep. At 30 pounds I dont eat as much as a Mastiff or a Bernard. You will only need about $2million dollars in sausages and $50 for a dog bed and some toys and $24 for a leash with skull and cross bones on it to make me look intimuttdating. Ooops, lookie, dern it for petes sake, there is no budget dollars leftover for trips to the V-E-T, thats too bad. I guess putting on a tie does not qualify me as an accountant after all.Most Awkward Moment:When I said good bye to the photographer and then realized we were both headed in the same direction and then there was like an awkward silence because like we had already said our good byes. Awkward.Final Ask:Simuttlar to most Blue Heeler doggies I am a sweet and sensitive soul. I didnt check WebMD but I am self diag-noseing that a home is a cure for my doldrums. It doesnt have to be a home on the range necessarily, but that would be nice because my name is Buffalo. GOD'S DOGS Rescue, in San Antonio TX, does not have a shelter. Our dogs are raised in foster homes in the San Antonio area. Each dog comes spayed or neutered, up-to-date with age appropriate vaccinations, micro-chipped, heartworm tested and are current with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE OF $400 for dogs over a year old, which also includes the cost of transportation to the assigned location. Medical records accompany each dog at the time of delivery and may be emailed to adopter prior to dog arrival if desired. Microchips will be automatically registered to the new owner after payment of adoption fee. The registration site we use is Michelson Found Animals which is free to use and update during the lifetime of your pet. Please allow 24-48 hours for the new information to appear on the website.
