Precor makes the excellent things, not the department shop scrap. These devices are constructed like tanks and last a number of lifetimes with minimal care, and the strong and smooth operation encourage your workouts. Functions special benching arm that permits standard press, seated deep rows, and butterfly ... all with a number of possible hand positions for maximum convenience and impact. Also has the basic leg curl station and front platform for triceps and biceps, and the long bar lat pulldown. All in reasonably compact footprint of 7' high by 5' long by 4' broad. Come try it out for yourself and feel the quality. This device is ideal for those simply starting, however flexible and sturdy enough for knowledgeable lifters. You can try it out and select it up at the provided address ... OR ... for a modest cost of $1 per mile within a 20 mile radius of that address, I will certainly provide it and set it up in your house. Additional distances are negotiable. Note that the black sturdy mats in the photo are NOT INCLUDED, but if you want one, I will offer you one at $25, less than half the rate of what they typically run. It's 6' x 4' and 1/2" thick, weighs about 55 pounds.
