CONN 8D PROFESSIONAL FRENCH HORN SERIAL NO. 520XXX THAT IS NOT PRISTINE OR FLAWLESS BUT HAS JUST BEEN COSMETICALLY AND FUNCTIONALLY RESTORED. THE HORN WAS COMPLETELY DISASSEMBLED, DENTS/DINGS REMOVED, POLISHED AND RELAQUERED. THE ROTORS WERE COMPRESSION CHECKED, OILED, RE-STRUNG AND BUMPERS WERE REPLACED. THE ROTORS AND SLIDES PERFORM AS THEY SHOULD. THERE ARE SOME RESIDUAL MARKS SHOWING FROM PRIOR DENTS AND SO ON BUT THEY ARE MINOR AND THE SURFACE FEELS SMOOTH TO THE TOUCH. THIS HORN WILL MAKE A GREAT STEP UP FOR SOMEONE MOVING FROM A SINGLE OR LESSOR GRADE INSTRUMENT WITHOUT HAVING TO MORTAGE THE HOME. WHAT A NICE CHRISTMAS PRESENT THIS COULD MAKE FOR A STUDENT OR SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO INCREASE THEIR PERFORMANCE LEVEL. 8D'S WILL ALWAYS PLAY AS A PROFESSIONAL INSTRUMENT SHOULD AND THIS ONE IS NO EXCEPTION.
