The "One Man" road grader was called the Whippet made around 1910. Stockland company was located in Minneapolis and was gotten out by Caterpillar around 1928. See picture of comparable unit in use around 1927. 10' blade, 12' axle to axle. Right here is an opportunity to own a distinct piece of roadway construction devices history, specifically if you are a Caterpillar buff.
