I've got a bowflex ultimate II for sale. I bought it so I can workout at home and cancel the gym memberships. I have loved having it in my home, it's very easy to use and convenient. But the wife wants to get memberships back to the YMCA so we have access to more equipment. The bowflex has 310 pounds of resistance, and can be used for over 90 different exercises. I believe I have all of the extra attachments except the two straps used for wrapping around your ankles and such. I've got the user manual which provides workout plans, and explains how to use the machine for different exercises. The picture isn't of my bowflex, but of the same type of machine.
