I am selling a Meilink Vista 4 Drawer Insulated Fire-Proof Locking Filing Cabinet. UL Class 350 Rated (1 Hour Burn).Size: 56 inches High, 201/4 inches Wide, 303/4" Deep.Original Hudson Lock and Key.Weight: Over 600 LBS.Date of Production: c. 1980's (Pre-1990). This is a VERY hard-to-find late design made by the TOP OF THE LINE fire-proof safe company MEILINK. Meilink was acquired by Fire King in 1990 and is presently the top fire-proof safe company (when you Google "Melink" you are directed to the Fire King homepage. ). Charles Meilink, founder of the Meilink company, is credited with designing the contemporary fireproof safe in 1899. Condition: Perfect operating condition. All 4 drawers roll smoothly, the levered deals with latch perfectly, the lock works perfectly. The sides have some cosmetic scratches and dings, some wear to the paint at the upper corners of the cabinet doors (see pictures). The upper edge of the top drawer has a small damage (see images). I will provide anywhere in the Southern Utah area totally free of charge.
