This is a two bike rack made to fit into a 2" receiver hitch. It is made in the USA and has a locking mechanism that makes it really stiff. The support arms have a heavy rubber/plastic layer to secure the bike from damage. The hitch makes use of a standard pin however likewise has a tapered end that is tightened up with a wrench to lock it into the receiver. It might need brand-new straps.
