We were going to use this in our location but it is way too big. This was obtained last fall and put in a more recent heat pump. There is nothing wrong with it. It is a complete electric furnace with a 6 lot heat pump that was eliminated by a local business and was sealed up to keep it clean. It is a Trane XL 1200 Super Efficiency Weathertron Heat Pump, design # TWX748A100A1. It came out of a 3 story home in the Homestead subdivision in Moberly Mo. The heater part is 31.63 / 23.79 kilowatts; 132/114.4 amps; 240v208; single stage system. It measures 22 & 1/2"x 26 & 1/4"x 5' tall and the outside system has to do with 44" tall and a little under 2' square. (an electrical heating system does not go by BTU's so I have no concept exactly what it as compares to for a gas one). It has the documentation that shows the wiring diagrams and other information as well. When it was running, the outside unit was under a deck that kept it shaded so it did not have to work as hard. The very first $700 cash money will pick it up. If you are interested and have the cash you can call from 8 am to 9 pm at 5733552o85 but leave a message if no response if you wish to be called back.
