This is an older, tiger sawn oak one-drawer oval library table, in the empire style. This table belonged to my great-grandparents, so that dates it from around the 1900's to 1910's. Measures 41-3/4" Long x 26" Deep x 29" High. Very solid and heavy, sturdy with no loose wood parts. Has a rounded blind drawer that is incorporated into the skirt. Resembles the bottom of the draw was replaced at one time. There are no water discolorations, dings or scratches. It does have some thin fractures in the column. A really heavy and outstanding piece of old furnishings and well taken care of over the many years. I have no idea much about old furniture, so please e-mail for questions. $300.00 or best offer.
