I have the the Lowe Magnetic Staunton chess set. It's a vintage set from around 1945-1960.It has the hand evaluated leatherette magneta playing board. The pieces are made of plasticwith magnets on the bottom. The magnets are all excellent and they work with the playing board.The plastic holding the pieces are a little broken and the box shows wear.
