This is a lovely antique office desk and chair. This set came from a regional hardware store that was in company for numerous years. When they closed, we purchased the desk, but decided it's too huge for our area. These pieces are strong wood, very high quality. The desk is 60" broad, 36" deep, and 40" high at the highest point. The top has numerous little drawers and doors, with the initial secrets. There are metal caps on the desk legs, and metal on the underside of the drawer bottoms.
