I'm 29 years old coming from Palm Beach, FL. I need a room to rent just for a few months, 6 Months at the very longest. I have business to take care of while im there and then maybe leaving and coming back here unless i find a home while im there for me and my 2 boys. Its only me who will be renting the room. I am a non-smoker Ive never been to California before I just know i need to rent a room close to where my boys are ( which is Nevada City ). I'm very clean and very easy person to live with. Please let me know if you can help as soon as possible. I will be flying out as soon as i find a room. Thank you
