ADDITIONALLY COMPATIBLE WITH:- Sonic Hub- 3G/4G Broadband Radar- Structure Scan HD- Ethernet- Thru-hull Transducers The convenience of the Lowrance HDS7 Gen2 is the fact that it is small and can be placed just about anywhere. Regardless of where it is mounted on the boat, the 50/83/200 kHz frequency can provide accurate data at different depths on both custom mapping and other preset or satellite rendered options. It is water proof, sealed and can withstand operating temperatures of 5 degrees Fahrenheit (-10C) to 130 degrees Fahrenheit (55C).There are numerous types of networking and connector options available with the HDS7 Gen2 from Lowrance. NMEA 2000, NMEA 0183 and Ethernet connectors allow for quick sharing. The SD card slot makes it possible to use 3rd party mapping options and other high resolution data. These options really improve the functionality of the stock Lowrance HDS7 Gen2 but are not entirely necessary to enjoy this fishfinder.
