Ramp Agent Grant Aviation's goal is to make travel safe, easy, and comfortable. They offer competitive fares, a generous baggage allowance, free ticketing changes and fully transferable tickets. Do you desire to: Assist with customer service issues. Assisting passengers with special needs. Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts. Receive, process, store and load or unload cargo. Process inbound and outbound mail shipments. Process various reports and computer data input. Interface with customers in person, by email, or over the phone. Other duties as required by management. You ideally can: Interact with customers in a friendly and positive manner. Perform basic computer functions and operations. Lift 70 pounds. Operate telephone, email, and internal based programs. Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts. Produce effective verbal and written communication skills. Use Microsoft Office with ability to learn and master new computer programs. Work shifts that include nights and weekends.
