I have one acre of ground off from the Great River Road between Harpers Ferry and Lansing,IA with a 24X30 metal building (unfinished cabin with garage)surrounded by mature apple trees one mile from Wexford trout stream not far from the Mississippi River. My father & I built this place in 2000 to store a fishing boat and to make the building into a cabin for weekend fishing trips. There is electric, but no water or septic on the property. My father past away in 2001, and I do not have the time to use it,+ I plan on Retiering next Spring and move to Colorado, this is the reason I am selling.
