This is a 19 inch (48 cm) frame, American Eagle bicycle made in Japan. It was acquired brand-new in the very early '70s. It comes complete with the initial equipment, consisting of the pedal toe clips and tube tires. The bike was ridden by it's one owner in the '70s and "80s for regional and long-distance touring throughout Colorado and the nation. Since that time it has actually been kept in covered storage. Condition issues associated with typical wear and tear and age can be seen in the attached photos. The bike is essentially rust-free. What could appear as rust in the pictures is actually dust build-up.
