THIS ITEM CAN NOT BE SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY, SORRY. NO INTERNATIONAL BIDS ON THIS ITEM.You are bidding on a wonderful 1967 Marcelino Lopez Nieto spruce and Brazilian RW concert classical guitar! This guitar has not been played since around 1972, but even with dead 50 year old strings, it has a very articulate and rich voice. It was stored in a dry environment under string tension for about 50 years, so while it has seen little actual playing and use during its lifetime, it is in need of some restoration work to bring it into tip top playing condition. Issues are: 3" separation of top from sides at the tailblock area with binding separation (fairly easy repair), action is high due to neck pulling up over time with tension (top is not sunken or bellied, the neck angle has just changed over time) There is a hairline crack beside the right side fretboard that does not extend into or beyond the rosette). Some small dents, dings etc in the top, etc. I have been advised that to have a qualified classical guitar restorer PROPERLY repair the above issues would cost between $500-800. The original case is practically falling apart from all the seams getting dried out. The original case is included, however its effectiveness as a protective device is questionable. I may be able to provide a different case (that may not fit ideally, but will protect it better for shipping) at the buyers additional expense. THIS WILL BE PROFESSIONALLY PACKED AND SHIPPED IN AN AERIS GUITAR SHIPPING BOX WITH INFLATABLE PILLOWS.
