Maybelle is a 16 week old app 20lbs husky mix pup. She is an intelligent, independent, curious, and social puppy that will make a great family dog. Maybelle loves to play and gets the zoomies from time to time but she is also very content snuggling with her people no matter the time of day. This cutie loves toys! She will get them all out and pick one to take around the house with her. Maybelle is happily able to entertain herself with a good bone or toy but is definitely a people's dog and will loyally follow her person wherever he/she goes. She is crate trained and sleeps in her crate overnight. Come morning, she will happily greet you with tail wags and kisses. House training is going very well. She has had a few accidents but is starting to whine and head towards the door when she needs to go out. Maybelle is extremely smart; she knows several commands and is easily trainable with praise. A fenced in yard is required for off leash playtime. We highly recommend a friendly, active companion dog in her forever home or a family that is very active outdoors. Available 3/23. They also receive a minimum of two distemper/parvo vaccines, medication for the treatment and prevention of intestinal worms, and monthly heart worm/flea prevention while in our care. Rabies vaccines are given if the dog is 16 weeks of age or older. Home visits and vet references will be performed prior to adoption. We do not have an adoption facility; all of our available dogs are in foster homes throughout north metro Atlanta. To schedule a meet-n-greet, an adoption application must be submitted and approved.
