Hardwood floors, high ceilings, lots of sun, etc. The pictures speak for themselves (though some of the bedrooms won’t look exactly like the pix, since you’ll be seeing them when someone is living in them). About the details: The apartment is available September 1st. The apartment is $1550 total, three large bedrooms at $400 and one smaller bedroom at $350. A lease through to next Aug 31st, 2009 is required. First and last, with security (security is 1 months rent). Utilities are not included (water is included). Some furniture is available upon request. Recycling is required. About the location: We are in Dorchester near Savin Hill. About a 5 minute drive to I-93, 12 minute walk to redline T (quick to downtown Boston). Close to beach, zoo, golf course, UMass Boston and Orange Line. The house is in Dorchester, and I have lived here for 5 years without any problems. About the other roommates: We would prefer to rent to a family or group of people who know each other, but this isn’t set in stone.
